This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to mainland UK only.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing an order.
Delivery Timescales
We aim to deliver all in-stock items within 3–7 working days of order confirmation.
Please note:

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
If there is an unexpected delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery Methods
Small & Medium Items
Smaller items may be shipped using trusted third-party courier services.

Tracking information may be provided where available.

Delivery is usually made to your front door or safe place, subject to the courier’s terms.
Large Furniture Items
Larger or heavier items are delivered directly by our own delivery team.

We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.

Delivery is usually to the ground floor of the property, unless otherwise agreed.

Please ensure clear and safe access to the delivery location.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout before you place your order.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:

No one being available to receive the order

Incorrect address details provided

Insufficient access (e.g. narrow doorways, staircases)
We reserve the right to:

Rearrange delivery, and/or
-
Charge a redelivery or collection fee
Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect your items upon delivery.

Any visible damage should be noted at the time of delivery where possible.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours, including photographs if possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:
