At RFL Furnishings, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
Your Right to Cancel
If you purchase goods from us online, over the phone, or by email, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
How to cancel

You must notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days of delivery.

Once you notify us, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Conditions

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of return delivery, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Once we receive the returned goods and inspect them, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
If your item:

Arrives damaged

Is faulty

Is not as described

Is incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:

Your order number

A description of the issue

Photographs of the issue
Your rights

Within 30 days of delivery: you are entitled to a full refund.

After 30 days: we may offer a repair or replacement, and if this is unsuccessful, a refund.
We will cover the cost of return delivery for faulty or incorrect items.
Exclusions from Returns
The following items cannot be returned, unless faulty:

Items that have been assembled, used, or altered

Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care

Clearance or ex-display items
Collection of Large Furniture Items
For large or heavy items:

We may arrange a collection where appropriate.

Collection costs may be deducted from your refund if the return is due to a change of mind.
Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we will issue a full refund.
